Know your rights and responcibilities as a tentant, dont be bullied, look up your rights on the Rental Tenancy Authority’s Website or call their hotline for advice.
Be aware that ‘reasonable wear and tear’ is allowed
Request the final inspection be taken out in the 24 hours following the end of lease clean being completed, as this will give you the highest chance of not having dust settle on surfaces and the clean being within the guarentee of A Cut Above Cleaning.

Any clean and absorbent cloth will act like a blotter if pressed firmly against the spilled material. In affect you are transfering the stain from the carpet to the cloth, DO NOT RUB, as rubbing will only spread the stain, instead place solvent on the cloth and press against the stain firmly. for surface stains press down and hold, for deeper stains place a weight on the cloth and allow some time for stain to be absorbed.
